The California Supreme Court has invalidated
The California Supreme Court has invalidated Thursday the ban on homosexual marriage in that state. The California could become the second State of the USA where two people of same sex can marry.
The judges felt by four votes against three that the civil partnership was not a satisfactory substitute for marriage.
