The project, whose implementation is scheduled commercial service in 2011, includes in its first phase the delivery of 11 trams, and the construction of a 10-km and 13 stations.

Phase 2 provides 14 additional trains, as well as 4 km of track and six stations. "This grant will allow the opening of final negotiations before signing the contract."

Alstom Transport will provide Citadis trams type 402 equipped with the technology of ground-level power supply APS, as well as signalling systems and distribution of tickets.
